Refund Policy


All products and services sold on this Store are digital products and/or digital services.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once any of the following occurs:

  • The product has been delivered
  • Access to the product or service has been granted
  • The order has been fulfilled and associated costs have been incurred
  • The service has been activated

Once any of the above has occurred, the transaction is considered completed.



No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Failure to read the product description or instructions
  • Incompatibility with your system, platform, or requirements
  • User error or misuse

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.



Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a confirmed technical error on our side, and
  • Access cannot be provided or restored.

Any refund decision is final.



Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are required to contact support first using the Ticket System available at checkout or in their invoice.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access
  • Loss of access to products and services
